I strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that due to busy times, events, or order volume, it may take a few days before parcels are shipped out. As a small business, every order is carefully packaged, labeled, and sent out personally. If there are any significant delays with your order, I’ll be sure to reach out and keep you updated.
Shipping to Canada and the U.S.
I offer fully tracked shipping to Canada and the United States. Customers will be responsible for paying for all customs and duties for orders shipped outside of Canada.
- Domestic and continental U.S. shipping is free for orders over $200 CAD
- Domestic and continental U.S. shipping is a standard flat rate of $12 CAD for orders under $200 CAD
International Shipping
I offer fully tracked international shipping for customers located in the following countries: Australia; Austria; Belgium; Czechia; Denmark; Finland; France; Germany; Hong Kong SAR; Ireland; Italy; Japan; Netherlands; New Zealand; Norway; Poland; Portugal; Singapore; South Korea; Spain; Sweden; Switzerland; and United Kingdom.
- International shipping is free for orders over $600 CAD
- International shipping is a standard flat rate of $25 CAD for orders weighing 0kg - 1.8kg
- International shipping is a standard flat rate of $50 CAD for orders weighing 1.8kg - 4.6kg
International orders can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks for shipping. It is important to understand that when placing an international order, you are agreeing to be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes imposed by your country. Please be advised that I can not be held accountable for any delays caused by customs procedures.
